Michael Zavaski, MD
Dr. Zavaski, a Connecticut native, is an Assistant Professor of Surgery at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in partnership with Baystate Health in Springfield, MA. He earned his BS in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Boston College and his medical degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. He completed his surgical and urological residency at the Harvard Program in Urology at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, MA. Dr. Zavaski has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and has presented extensively in the field of urology.
Dr. Zavaski is a Member of the American Urological Association and the Massachusetts Medical Society. He has expertise in general urology, including kidney cancer, bladder cancer, prostate cancer, testicular cancer, penile cancer, BPH including laser and bipolar TURP, kidney stones, bladder stones, erectile dysfunction, robotic surgery, percutaneous surgery, laparoscopic surgery, and urinary incontinence.
Dr. Zavaski is an Assistant Professor with the University of Massachusetts Medical School. He is board certified by the American Board of Urology.
