Pre-Registration is Here! Pioneer Valley Urology has a new, contactless check in process. Our new system will allow patients to complete required forms and make payments electronically before the day of your appointment.
A secure link will be sent to your personal device or email address. Follow the link to complete the pre-registration prior to your appointment.
Pre-registration will reduce wait times and promote a safer, no-contact check in process. Please make sure we have your current email address and mobile phone number on file.
Patients who do not pre-register will need to arrive 45 minutes before their scheduled appointment time to complete the registration and check-in process.
